YEARBOOKS ARE HERE

Thank you so much for your patience as we took additional time to ensure that the yearbook portrayed how the staff and students rallied together and made the best of an unusual year.  If you were unable to pick up your yearbook order at Meet the Teacher or Curriculum Night, we are working with the school to make arrangements to have your yearbook order sent home with your child. If you missed the opportunity to purchase one, we have a very limited supply of extra copies available for purchase for $24. Please contact the Ivy Hall PTO for more information.

ICE CREAM WEDNESDAY PUNCHCARDS

Here is our most up-to date offerings for Ice Cream Wednesday AND our most frequently asked question about the punch card! NO CASH WILL BE ACCEPTED AT ICE CREAM WEDNESDAY. Your child must have a punch card in order to purchase. Punchcards must be purchased by August 29 if a student wants to participate in the first Ice Cream Wednesday event.

What happens if my child loses his or her card?

In order to avoid potential lost cards or cards forgotten in the classroom, the punchcards will be made available to the kids every Wednesday when they enter the cafeteria by the ICW parent volunteers. Your child will then turn in the card when he or she comes up to select the ice cream novelty. These cards will receive a punch and then will be re-filed for the following week.

If your child does not wish to get ice cream that week, we will have a separate basket for them to return their card to. Cards in that basket will not receive a punch.

In the event that there is a missing card, the volunteers will have a list of those children who have an active punchcard. We will check the list so your child can receive ice cream that day and replace the card for the following week. Please note that replacement value will be based on how many ICWs have already taken place, as we have no way of confirming how many times a child has presented his or her card previously. For example, if a card is lost on the 5th ICW, the replacement card will have 5 punches taken out of it when your child receives it the following week.

Please ensure that your child understands the process and that that student's card cannot be shared with others.
