A Farewell to our Outgoing President, Maria Papageorgiou
The end of the school year is a bittersweet time, because as we look forward to summer activities and new classmates in the fall, we also say goodbye to those Ivy Hall families whose children age-up to middle school.
This year is especially hard, because we are losing our fearless leader, Maria Papageorgiou. Maria has graced Ivy Hall with her PTO presence for the last 13 years. In that time, she has contributed to almost every PTO activity that has taken place, and we can honestly say that they would not have been as successful without her.
To the Papageorgiou family, thank you for lending us Maria and for putting up with all of our antics.
To Maria, thank you for being the voice of calm and support.
We will always have you in our head, smiling while reminding us of the following when we would run into an issue: "You know what? It's fine! It will be fine."
Maria, we will be fine, because you paved the path for us.

Sponsor a Sign and Ivy Hall Cards YOUR Yard!
In anticipation of the 5th Grade Parade on May 27th (potential rain date of June 2nd), the Ivy Hall PTO is offering a unique opportunity for 5th-Grade parents to help decorate the parade route and obtain a keepsake from the event to memorialize your child's milestone.
The "Sponsor a Sign" program will allow you to purchase a professionally printed, corrugated plastic 11x14 yard sign to be displayed along the parade route. The day after the parade, the sign you sponsored will be available for pickup and yours to keep.
Sponsorship sign-up will be available on Membership Toolkit beginning at noon Friday, May 19th. Twenty-five (25) signs will be available at $15 each. Five of each design below will be available. First come, first serve. Due to ownership rights in the graphics used for the signs, we will not be able to accommodate additional printing requests.
