Book Fair Next Week!!!

A kid and parent favorite is back ~ the Scholastic Book Fair!

Students will have the opportunity to browse and shop with their class at the beginning of the week, with the opportunity to return on Thursday or Friday to make purchases. Students can pay with cash or check or through Scholastic E-Wallet. Families can shop together on Thursday evening ~ from 4:30 – 7:30 PM ~ by reserving a time slot through Membership Toolkit by visiting this link: https://ivyhallpto.membershiptoolkit.com/volunteer/71837.

Due to capacity restrictions, walk-ups will not be allowed.

End-of-the-Year Gifts from Families

With the end of the school year fast approaching, it is time to consider contributing towards End-of-the-Year gifts for teachers and staff. The Ivy Hall PTO is again partnering with Gift Crowd to facilitate gift collection. Teachers and staff will receive a notification of their gift at noon on June 3rd. The funds collected will give them the option to pick from  among numerous gift cards. There is no charge to families or teachers/staff for using this service. Yearbook Status

Normally, the Ivy Hall PTO sends the yearbook to print at the end of March. However, with this being a unique year, the PTO made the decision to delay printing so that we can capture and memorialize some spring events. We appreciate your patience and will continue to update you on when the yearbook will be ready. 

Membership Toolkit Credits

Families who opted to keep a credit on file in Membership Toolkit will receive an email next week with options for a return or donation of the remaining balance. Credits will not be able to be carried over into the 2021-2022 school year. Please be on the lookout for an email from the Ivy Hall PTO.
