Canceled PTO Events

Refunds for PTO events and programs canceled due to the government-mandated school closures will be processed in the form of an account credit on your Ivy Hall PTO Membership Toolkit (MTK) parent account.

Your account credit can be used for any future Ivy Hall PTO purchase on MTK (Special Lunch, spirit wear, etc.) but cannot be transferred between schools.

To check your account credit balance, please log in to your Ivy Hall PTO MEMBERSHIP TOOLKIT. Once logged in, find your credit balance on the Forms home page.

You can use your Ivy Hall account credit in one of three ways:

  • Keep your credit for a future Ivy Hall PTO purchase on MTK
  • Request a check refund of your credit balance
  • Donate your credit balance to a special PTO Staff Appreciation Fund

2020–21 PTO Board and Committee Positions Now Posted!

What is your favorite PTO event? The truth is that we can't accomplish any of them without our Board and Committee positions. Now is your opportunity to get involved. The sign-up form is available on the Ivy Hall PTO MEMBERSHIP TOOLKIT.

Yearbook Delays

Due to COVID-19, our yearbook editor temporarily shut down production, resulting in our yearbooks being delayed. As soon as the committee receives them, they will figure out the best way to get them to you. We appreciate your patience.

2020–21 School Supply Kit Ordering Info

Plan ahead for convenience! School Supply Kits for the 2020–21 school year were available for purchase online beginning May 1. Families order directly from the vendor. All School Supply Kits will be delivered directly to each family's home – not the school, as in previous years. Be sure to order your student's supply kit by July 10 for delivery by Aug. 14.
