Information Regarding Canceled PTO Events and Programs

Refunds for canceled PTO events and programs due to the government-mandated school closures will be processed in the form of an account credit on your Ivy Hall PTO MEMBERSHIP TOOLKIT (MTK) parent account.

Account credits can be used for any future Ivy Hall PTO purchase on MTK (Dessert Day, Special Lunch, etc.) and can be used for any of your continuing or incoming students at Ivy Hall, but cannot be transferred between schools.

Account credits will be applied on May 15. To check your account credit balance, please log in to your Ivy Hall PTO MEMBERSHIP TOOLKIT account. Once logged in, your credit balance will be shown on your Forms home page.

You can use your Ivy Hall PTO account credit in one of three ways:
• Apply your credit to a future Ivy Hall PTO purchase on MTK.
• Request a check refund of your credit balance.
• Donate your credit balance to a special PTO Staff Appreciation Fund.

5th-Grade Lawn Signs

Looking for a way to celebrate the accomplishments of your fifth grader and their transition from grade schooler to middle schooler? The Ivy Hall PTO is coordinating with a local business to print and deliver lawn signs directly to your home. The lawn signs, including delivery, normally cost $20 per sign. The Ivy Hall PTO will contribute $10 per sign, so the final cost to parents is only $10. The signs will be available to purchase on the Ivy Hall PTO MEMBERSHIP TOOLKIT from May 8–15. Delivery is estimated to be the first week of June.

2020–2021 School Supply Kit Ordering Info

Plan ahead for convenience! School Supply Kits for the 2020-21 school year will be available for purchase online beginning May 1. Families will order directly from the vendor. All school supply kits will be delivered to each family's home–not to the school, as in previous years. Be sure to order your student's supply kit by July 10 for delivery by Aug. 14.
