The Ivy Hall Parent Teacher Organization promotes and supports the educational community and the social activities of Ivy Hall Elementary School. The PTO works to enrich the educational experience for our students through a myriad of activities organized by dedicated parent volunteers.

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED: SIGN UP TODAY!

COMING SOON: ROOM PARENT AND CLASSROOM PARTY SIGN-UPS!
To ease the stress of all the back-to-school rush, this year Room Parent sign-ups will open on Aug. 31 and remain open through Sept. 13. Room Parents have the fun responsibility of planning classroom parties, organizing class gifts, and helping teachers when they need supplies or parent assistance.
Once we have our Room Parents identified, we'll open up Classroom Party Sign-Up on Sept. 16. Sign-up will remain open until about 2 weeks before Halloween (Oct. 31). We will re-open the online form after Halloween if Volunteer slots remain open for the Winter (Dec. 20) and Valentine's Day (Feb. 14) parties. Stay tuned to this blog and our Facebook page for announcements.

LOOKING TO GIVE YOUR CHILD A SPECIAL TREAT DURING THE SCHOOL YEAR?
Once a month, the PTO brings in a selection of lunches for the students that kids love. Special Lunch is always one of the favorite PTO fundraisers that kids look forward to each month. You'll find the dates and lunch selections in the IVY HALL PTO MEMBERSHIP TOOLKIT under Special Lunch Order Form, This form will be available through Aug. 31. The lunches are available by pre-order only!

SHOW YOUR SPIRIT!
Ivy Hall has many days throughout the year that we show our school spirit. Need spirit wear? Head over to the IVY HALL PTO MEMBERSHIP TOOLKIT to purchase your Wildcat T-shirt. Orders will be delivered to school within one week and sent home with your child.
