A Note About Class Gifts
Our Room Parents are in the final stages of collecting money to purchase a class gift for our teachers. You should have received a letter informing you of this collection by your Room Parent by now. Please know that this is completely optional, as we know many parents like to purchase their own gift. If you don't know your Room Parent, or if you misplaced your letter, please reach out to Colleen Torf for the information.
Winter Parties on Dec. 21 @ 2 PM
Winter Break is just around the corner and that means Winter Classroom Parties are approaching. A few reminders:
- Sign-Up Closed: Please know that our sign-up for classroom party helpers is now closed, to allow our Room Parents time to contact volunteers and plan for the party. If you're interested in helping out if there is a last-minute change in volunteer needs, you may reach out to your Room Parent directly.
- Confirmed Party Volunteers: Your Room Parent will reach out with specific details about your child's classroom party, including how to ensure your badge is ready at check in. Please don't overlook this detail, as only pre-registered guests will be allowed to enter the school.
- Supply Donations: If you are donating supplies, please ensure they are delivered to the office no later than 9 AM on Dec. 21, and please label all donated supplies with the teacher's name.

Did you forget to order a yearbook during registration? Good news–you can order one now through Dec. 21 on Membership Toolkit. Simply log in, scroll down, and look for the order form. **REPEAT INFO** Ice Cream Wednesday – 2019 Volunteer Slots Now Open!
Didn't get a chance to volunteer at Ice Cream Wednesday this year? Now is your chance! Head on over to MEMBERSHIP TOOLKIT today to sign up for a slot during the second half of the school year. PLEASE NOTE: Parents who already volunteered are asked not to select another slot and all parents are asked to select only ONE slot. We will contact those who sign up for more than one slot to ask you to choose one date. Please add yourself to the waitlist to be considered for additional openings or last-minute needs.
**REPEAT INFO** Clip Those Box Tops!
Send your neatly clipped Box Tops to the Ivy Hall Office (bundles of 25 or 50 in a small baggie or envelope is perfect) for our Box Top Coordinator to collect and redeem. Every little bit helps, so check those boxes before you hit the recycling or garbage bin!

Many of our committees have started the school year without a full team. Please consider donating your time to one of the following committees:
– Breakfast with Your Buddy
– Fifth-Grade Spring Fling
– Girls' Night Out (4th-Grade Parents)
– Guys' Night Out (4th-Grade Parents)
– Staff Appreciation
– Variety Show
Please head over to MEMBERSHIP TOOLKIT (MTK) today if you'd like to volunteer at these events. Contact Maria Papageorgiou or one of the committee chairs (contact info on MTK forms) if you'd be willing to get more involved by joining the committee.
