If you missed out on Special Lunch, you're in luck! We've extended the deadline to Sept. 30 for ordering remaining lunches (except our September Special Lunch). You will find the dates and lunch selections in our Ivy Hall PTO MEMBERSHIP TOOLKIT under Special Lunch Order Form. Special Lunches are available by pre-order only. The deadline to order for the remainder of the school year is Sept. 30. No exceptions for currently enrolled students! Don't miss out!
NOW OPEN: Classroom Party Sign-Ups
Classroom Party Sign-Up is now open! Ivy Hall holds three classroom parties per school year: on Halloween, before Winter Break, and on Valentine's Day, at 2 p.m. Three parent volunteers per classroom work with the room parent to host the party, including snacks, games, and crafts.
Visit MEMBERSHIP TOOLKIT today to find your child's grade level form and select ONE party to sign up for. Room parents DO NOT need to sign up for classroom parties. Parents signing up for more than one classroom party will be asked to select only one event to make the opportunity available to more parents.
There are also opportunities to donate supplies to the party for parents who are unable to attend in person. Please add your name to the list to help out with supplies.
Sign-up will remain open until a week before Halloween. We wil re-open the form after Halloween if volunteer slots remain unfilled for the Winter and Valentine's Day classroom parties. Stay tuned here and on Ivy Hall PTO's Facebook page for annpouncements.

Volunteers, Take Note! New Visitor Badge System
Ivy Hall's visitor check-in system has been upgraded this year and you will need to re-register if you plan to volunteer in the school this year. It's highly recommended that you stop by the Ivy Hall office in advance to have your licensed scanned, rather than risk waiting in line on the day of your volunteer event. For large events occurring during the school day (such as classroom parties), the office will pre-print visitor badges for those already registered in the new 2018–2019 system. If you are not in the system, you may be delayed in entering, as you will first need to visit the office to register. Please remember to bring your driver's license with you to any volunteer event.

All our volunteer sign-ups are now ONLINE ONLY on our Ivy Hall PTO MEMBERSHIP TOOLKIT.
