Once a month, the Ivy Hall PTO brings in a lunch selection that kids love. This is always one of the favorite PTO fundraisers that kids look forward to each month. You'll find dates and lunch selections in the IVY HALL PTO MEMBERSHIP TOOLKIT under Special Lunch Order Form. The lunches are available by pre-order only. The deadline to order for the entire school year is 8/31. No exceptions for currently enrolled students! Don't miss out!
NOW OPEN: Room Parent Sign-Ups!
Volunteer today (Aug. 31) to be a Room Parent. Sign-up is through Sept. 6. Room Parents have the fun responsibility of planning classroom parties, organizing class gifts, and helping teachers when they need supplies or parent assistance. Questions about being a Room Parent? Once we have our Room Parents identified, we'll open up Classroom Party Sign-Up on Sept. 7. Sign-up will remain open until about a week before Halloween (Oct. 31). We will re-open the online form after Halloween if Volunteer slots remain open for the Winter (Dec. 21)) and Valentine's Day (Feb. 14) parties. *REPEAT* HELP WANTED! Staff Appreciation Team Needs YOU
Ivy Hall PTO provides the wonderful Staff with several Staff Appreciation events over the course of the year, including Staff dinners during parent/teacher conferences and Staff Appreciation Week in the spring. This committee is in desparate need of additional volunteers, particularly parents with a flexible schedule (for example, stay-at-home, work-from-home, or part-time) and a healthy dose of creativity. If this sounds like you, please reach out today to Maria Papageorgiou or Colleen Torf.
