VOLUNTEERS NEEDED: SIGN UP TODAY!
It was great to see those who stopped by the PTO Fair during Meet the Teacher, but for those who weren't able to – great news! All our volunteer sign-ups are now ONLINE ONLY, on our IVY HALL PTO MEMBERSHIP TOOLKIT. Hop on over and sign up to volunteer for one of our many events this school year–there is something for everyone! Need help? Check out our Membership Toolkit GUIDE in the Ivy Hall VIRTUAL BACKPACK.
COMING SOON: ROOM PARENT AND CLASSROOM PARTY SIGN-UPS!
To ease the stress of all the back-to-school rush, this year Room Parent sign-ups will open on Aug. 31 and remain open through Sept. 6. Once we have our Room Parents identified, we'll then open Classroom Party Sign-Up on Sept. 7. Sign-up will remain open until about a week before Halloween (Oct. 31). We will re-open the form after Halloween if volunteer slots remain for the Winter and Valentine's Day parties.

LOOKING TO GIVE YOUR CHILD A SPECIAL TREAT DURING THE SCHOOL YEAR?
Once a month, the PTO brings in a selection of lunches for the students that kids love. This is always one of the favorite PTO fundraisers that kids look forward to each month. You'll find the dates and lunch selections in the MEMBERSHIP TOOLKIT under Special Lunch Order Form. The lunches are available by pre-order only! The deadline to order for the entire school year is Aug. 31.
COMMITTEES IN NEED!
Many of our committees have started the school year without a full team. Please consider donating your time to one of the following committees:
• Breakfast With Your Buddy
• Fifth-Grade Spring Fling
• Girls' Night Out (4th-grade parents)
• Guys' Night Out (5th-grade parents)
• Variety Show
Please head over to MEMBERSHIP TOOLKIT today if you'd like to sign up to volunteer at one or more of these events. Contact Maria Papageorgiou or one of the committee chairpeople (find contact info on Membership Toolkit forms) if you're willing to get involved by joining the committee.
