Friday, March 15th, 2024

Dear Ivy Hall Families,

Please see the upcoming dates below as next week is not a typical week. We look forward to Family-Educator Conferences and we know this time will be valuable for families to connect with our teaching staff to be updated on student progress and to charge ahead in trimester three on a positive note.

A big thank you to our PTO who hosted an assembly this past Tuesday. Performers Justin and Liam joined each grade level to discuss story and songwriting and used student participation to write songs that the entire grade level could sing. Ask your child about their recent experience seeing Justin and Liam!

Have a wonderful weekend,

Mike Senatore

Ivy Hall Elementary has been selected for a field test this year, which will be administered on Tuesday, April 9th.

REPEAT *Ivy Hall Parking Lot*

In response to ongoing concerns regarding parking violations within the Fire Lane at Ivy Hall Elementary School, we have engaged the assistance of the Buffalo Grove Police Department. Effective immediately, individuals found violating parking regulations, including leaving vehicles unattended with the ignition on or off in the Fire Lane, may receive citations.

While it is regrettable that such measures have become necessary, our paramount concern is the safety and well-being of our students, staff, and community. We must prioritize adherence to parking regulations to ensure unimpeded access for emergency vehicles and maintain a safe environment for all.

We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in this matter as we work together to uphold the safety standards of our school community.

REPEAT *Dual Language Parent Night for Incoming Kindergartners*

If you are enrolling an incoming Kindergarten student and want to learn more about our D96 Dual Language Program, we would love for you to join us at 6 p.m. on Tuesday, March 12th, for our Incoming Dual Language Parent Night.

This virtual meeting will take place via Zoom and will be an opportunity for you to learn about our Dual Language Program and have your questions answered.

REPEAT *Proof of Dental Exam*

Dear Parents/Guardians of District 96 Kindergarteners, 2nd, and 6th Grade Students:
