Library Book (New)
Parents if you happen to see any Ivy Hall library books at home. Please return them to school as soon as possible.
PTO Ice Cream Wednesdays (NEW)
The last day to buy ice cream this year is Wednesday, May 8, 2019. The remainder of the PTO ice cream supply will be utilized/sold at the PTO Family picnic which is a week from today from 6:30pm-8:00pm. So come for ice cream and come for family fun.
Grades 3–5 Invited to Stevenson Math Carnival–Thursday., May 9th (New)
The Stevenson High School Math Department and SHS Math Team invite all our 3rd, 4th, and 5th graders and their families. The event will take place on Thursday, May 9th, from 6 – 8 p.m. at the “point” entrance of Stevenson High School. This opportunity for fun and challenge gives 3rd-5th graders positive math experiences as they play games designed and staffed by Stevenson freshmen. The event will take place on Thursday, May 9th, from 6 – 8 p.m. at the “point” entrance of Stevenson High School. The goal of the event is to create a positive memory about math for young members of the community. Participants will play games, win math bucks, and change them into prizes!

5th - 8th Grade Band Extravaganza Concert (New)
The 5th - 8th grade band extravaganza concert will take place on Thursday, May 16 at 7:00 PM in the Twin Groves Gym. Cadet Band Students (5th Grade) need to be at the concert by 6:15 PM to rehearse in the gym. Students should bring their iPad, instrumental book, and a folding stand. Percussionists will need to bring their xylophone, drum pad, and both sets of sticks. Parents will be entertained before the concert by students in the Honor Band in the cafeteria. The concert will last one hour in length and is a great representation of the band program 5-8 grade. Looking forward to seeing you there.
Band and Orchestra party on May 15 at Bowlero (New)
If you have not signed your student up for the band and orchestra party at Bowlero yet, do so today. Go online to the Music Booster Portal and sign up. It is a well-organized fun party and a great reward for the current band and orchestra students.
Orchestra "Extravaganza" Concert- 4th and 5th Grade Orchestra (Repeat)
The Orchestra "Extravaganza" Concert for 4th and 5th Grade Orchestras will take place on Thursday, May 9th at 6:30pm at Twin Groves. The concert will take place in the Large Gym. Students need to arrive at Twin Groves in their concert attire by no later than 5:30 pm for tuning and warm-up. It is going to be a fantastic concert! We look forward to seeing you there!
