• HAVE YOU CHECKED THIS OFF YOUR TO DO LIST? – due by May 14
Do you have a kindergartner? A fifth grader?

Parents of ALL currently enrolled kindergartners and 5th graders whose students will attend a KCSD96 school in the 2021–22 school year must prove their residency again with three specific documents.

Please note that the requirement to re-prove residency for a current kindergartner and 5th grader applies–even for families who have other students currently attending KCSD96 schools.

Parents may re-prove their residency via email.

SEE MORE INFO about required documents and the process to provide them to administrative assistants at Willow Grove Early Learning Center and KCSD96 elementary schools.

• DENTAL FORM REQUIREMENT REMINDER
Proof of a dental exam is due to school nurses by May 15 for current kindergartners, second graders, and sixth graders. Proof of a dental exam by a licensed dentist given between Nov. 15, 2019, and May 15, 2021, will meet the requirement. See DENTAL FORM

• PLEASE DON’T REFUTE THAT CREDIT CARD CHARGE...
After successfully submitting your student’s 2021–22 registration, you will receive an itemized receipt by email promptly that lists the total charge, including required fees and optional donations, if any, that you choose to make.

IMPORTANT NOTE: If you select the credit card payment option when paying 2021–22 registration fees, look for either of the following identifying description labels on your credit card statement: POWERSCHOOL MD 512375–4514 or PB POWERSCHOOL. District 96 registration charges are NOT described with the District or school name.
