NEW ACTION ITEM REMINDER FOR SOME KCSD96 PARENTS:
SUBMIT HYBRID IN-PERSON ANNUAL SELF-CERTIFICATION AND VERIFICATION FORM
If the learning plan on record for your student is hybrid in-person (rather than full remote) and you have not yet submitted the online Annual Student COVID-19 Self-Certification and Verification Form, you were sent an email today (1/15/2021) with the subject line: Fr Sch Dist 96 re Submit Required In-Person Form. Please read that email and click on the link it includes to submit your form promptly.

This email was sent ONLY to parents of in-person learners from whom we have not yet received this form (initially sent in Oct. 2020), including parents of in-person students who have chosen to delay their child’s return to in-person learning.

If you received the email request today (1-15), please be sure to submit this required form promptly so we'll have the documentation needed for your in-person learner when your student does return.

NOTE: Parents of students who are designated full remote learners were not sent the email and no action is required.

SIMPLIFYING STEVENSON FOR PARENTS
Simplifying Stevenson
is a Q&A program for parents of students currently in Grade 8. This popular program–which will be held virtually this year on Mon., Jan. 25, at 7 p.m.–is hosted by the KCSD96 Parent Network to give parents opportunities to ask Stevenson student panelists (and SHS Principal Troy Gobble) questions about how SHS students choose their classes and extracurricular activities, make summer school decisions, make the transition from middle school, balance the workload, and more.
Parents must REGISTER HERE to receive the link to attend the virtual program
Questions? Contact KCSD96 Community Parent Liaison Lubna Andrabi
