End of Year Picnic - May 22, 2025
Parents, we need your help with pre-orders for the End of Year Picnic on May 22 from 5-7pm at
the Willow Grove Playground and Back Lot. The food will be incredible including Hubby’s Dog
House grilling hot dogs, KONA ICE, cotton candy stations, a DJ, and more! You can pre-order

Staff Gifts
The Willow Grove PTO is working with GiftCrowd to coordinate our End of Year Staff Gifting.
If you would like to participate, visit: https://app.giftcrowd.com/app/join-event/NC6uj2pZlA
Select the recipient(s) to whom you wish to send a gift and click “Join.” On the next page, you
will be able to select the amount you wish to contribute and write a personal message.
The amount contributed by each family is confidential; recipients will be notified at 3pm on May
30th how much they were gifted in total and a list of contributors.
Contributions will be accepted through May 30th at noon, and staff will receive their gifts at
3:05pm.
The PTO also maintains a “favorite things” list for the staff, if a custom gift is being considered.

Beyond the previously listed options, handmade cards or gifts are greatly appreciated.
*Please note that these are options for families who wish to contribute to a group gift, individual
gifts are still welcome. As always, gifting is voluntary, not expected and at the discretion of each
family.
