Spring Stock the Lounge - February 14, 2025
Our Spring “Stock the Lounge” event will be on February 14, 2025. We are collecting monetary
donations (on MTK) and food items from our Amazon Wish List to replenish the treats and
supplies to keep our faculty and staff recharged and energized. Please consider exploring our
Amazon Wish List to pick out some goodies. Orders will ship to our executive board and we will
bring them to the school for a terrific Valentine’s Day surprise.

Valentine’s Day - February 13, 2025
Due to February 14th being a half day, Willow Grove’s annual Valentine’s Day party will be held
on Thursday, February 13, 2025.
Here are some notes on the party day:
Party Times
9:40-10:30 am (Kindergarten/Structured / EC AM) Live DJ for AM party Only
2:00-2:45 pm (EC PM)
● Parent Volunteers: Please come at 9:30am for the AM party and 1:50pm for the PM
party to allow extra time for sign in.
● Early Childhood PM: Afternoon early childhood students are invited to attend their
designated DJ session in the morning. Please drop them off at the assigned time and
pick them up afterward.
Reminders
● No food items (Candy or Snacks) are allowed in the classroom.
● Parent volunteers: Please double check your MTK account and make sure the name
you sign up for the party matches your photo ID.
● Only approved PTO parent volunteers may enter the building for the classroom
parties.
● The Room Parent will be reimbursed up to $1 per child per classroom. (Example:
For 20 children, the total reimbursement is up to $20.)
● Please sign in at the school system with your ID to receive your volunteer badge. We
highly recommend completing your sign-in before the party date, and plan to arrive at
least 15 minutes early on the party date.
● Only the room parent and volunteers may attend the parties. (No Siblings or Family
Members）
Seeking Pizza Bingo Donations
We are seeking donations for the March 12, 2025 Pizza Bingo Silent Auction event, our biggest
event of the year. If your business or a business you know would like to offer a donation to use
on the Silent Auction website, please email [email protected]. Donating helps
support all of the Willow Grove PTO initiatives, and also helps advertise your business to the
young families in our district.

2025 Dessert Day
If you still need to renew for dessert day, you can do so on MTK. Renewals for Dessert Day for
2025 are now available for purchase. The flavors will remain the same as in 2024: Polar Blast
Fruit Punch Pop, Vanilla Ice Cream Sandwich, and Chocolate Sundae Cup. If your child had
Dessert Day from September to December, you must purchase the renewal to continue with the
rest of the year of Dessert Days.
