2025 Dessert Day
Renewals for Dessert Day for 2025 are now available for purchase. The flavors will remain the
same as in 2024: Polar Blast Fruit Punch Pop, Vanilla Ice Cream Sandwich, and Chocolate
Sundae Cup. If your child had Dessert Day from September - December, you will need to
purchase the renewal to continue with the full year of Dessert Days.

Winter Party - December 20, 2024 - ACTION REQUIRED
We would like to re-establish that this party is a WINTER themed party. Activities and games
can not have religious or holiday components to them.
If you are signed up to volunteer for the Winter Party, please make sure that your MTK profile
name matches what is on your driver’s license. We need these to match in order to have
the parent check-in happen as quickly as possible. Thanks for your cooperation.

Your child will arrive home with a flyer on the Willow Grove PTO GiftCrowd program, which is a
platform that allows parents to contribute to a holiday gift for our faculty and staff. It is that time
of year and winter break is right around the corner! Are you still searching for the perfect
holiday gift for your child’s teacher, co-teacher, aides, or another Willow Grove staff member?
Your Willow Grove PTO is working with GiftCrowd to coordinate these gifts. If you would like to

Select the recipient(s) to whom you wish to send a gift and click “Join.” On the next page, you
will be able to select the amount you wish to contribute and write a personal message. The
amount contributed by each family is confidential, recipients will be notified at 3pm on
December 20th how much they were gifted in total and a list of contributors.
Contributions will be accepted through December 20th at noon and staff will receive their
gifts at 3pm, as winter break begins.

Movie Night - January 16, 2025
Please join us for our annual Movie Night on January 16, 2025 from 5:30-7:30pm in the Willow
Grove Gym. Hubby’s Dog House will be grilling hot dogs, bratwursts, and vegan dogs on-site, and
we’ll have a Ice Cream Sundae bar. We are asking for families to pre-order Meal Deals and
Ice Cream Sundae Tickets on MTK, so we can ensure that there are the correct numbers of
grilled items available. Join us as we watch Air Bud and admire the new Buddy the Bear gym
decals
Seeking Pizza Bingo Donation Committee Volunteers
We are seeking members for the Pizza Bingo Donation Committee, to help collect donations for
the March 12, 2025 Pizza Bingo Silent Auction event, our biggest event of the year. There are
no specific time commitments. For the donation committee, we work off of a shared Google
spreadsheet to reach out to vendors for donation items, so the timing is flexible. If you have any
