Dessert Day
Our 1st Dessert Day is September 20th. We need parents to sign up prior to September
18th or your child will not be able to participate. Sign up on MTK for your student to receive one special frozen treat (parents have to select the treat) during lunch once a month on Dessert Day! The cost is $9 per student and covers Dessert Days for September, October, November and December.

PTO General Member and Room Parent Meetings
On September 18th, we will be holding our hybrid PTO General Member Meeting (9:00am),
where we will answer general questions and present our yearly budget.
Following this, we will hold a PTO Room Parent Meeting (9:30am), to answer questions related
to the class parties.
Both meetings will be held back-to-back on September 18, 2024 at the Willow Grove main
office or on Zoom. These meetings are optional and not a prerequisite of being a room
parent.

Membership Toolkit (MTK)
Be sure to create an account on MTK. MTK is used for students all the way through 8 th grade!
It is used to purchase things like Dessert Day and preorders for various PTO events. It is also
used to sign up for PTO volunteer opportunities such as classroom parties, room parent,
dessert day volunteers and volunteering for our other events!
