Willow Grove Spirit Wear

school Check out the beautiful designs and sizes for all ages! The spirit wear is available for
purchase through September 2nd and then will be delivered and come home in the children’s
backpacks in mid-September.
Membership Toolkit (MTK)
Be sure to create an account on MTK. MTK is used for students all the way through 8 th grade!
It is used to purchase things like Dessert Day and preorders for various PTO events. It is also
used to sign up for PTO volunteer opportunities such as classroom parties, room parent,
dessert day volunteers and volunteering for our other events!

Dessert Day
Dessert Day is a fun tradition for our Kindergarten students. Sign up on MTK for your student to
receive one special frozen treat (parents have to select the treat) during lunch once a month on
Dessert Day! The cost is $9 per student and covers Dessert Days for September, October,
November and December.

Room Parents
We are looking for Room Parents and Volunteers to help with our classroom activities and
parties for the upcoming school year. Your participation is invaluable in creating a fun and
engaging environment for our students. Below are the important dates and details for each
Party:
Important Dates:
● Halloween Party: October 31st, 2024
● Winter Party: December 20th, 2024
● Valentine's Day Party: February 13th, 2025
Sign-Up Details:
● Room Parent: One Room Parent is needed per classroom. Room Parents will help
organize the parties and coordinate with volunteers.
● Party Volunteers: We need three volunteers per party to assist with activities, crafts,
and snacks.
● Waiting List: If the current spots are filled, you can sign up on the waiting list. We’ll
reach out if any additional help is needed or if a spot becomes available.

Yearbooks
Willow Grove yearbooks are for sale in MTK for $25 per book. Be sure to purchase one. Our
yearbook committee works hard all year to capture the memories of Willow Grove. They will be
passed out to students that purchased one in May 2025.
