Fall Conferences are coming up on Thursday, October 5, and Friday, October 6 ~ which means that teachers and staff will be spending extended time at Willow Grove facilitating those sessions.

Save the Date: Ice Cream Social on October 19
Our Willow Grove Ice Cream Social is coming up on October 19 from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m. , and we need volunteers! If you are free and willing to help out, please visit MTK ~ https://wgkcpto.membershiptoolkit.com/login ~ to sign up to help with decorations, handing out ice cream or helping clean up. 
The Ice Cream Social is one of our first social events of the calendar year for parents and students at Willow Grove. We will have ice cream and games and offer a chance to meet other parents ... and just have fun!
Be on the lookout for an ice cream sign-up form coming in the near future. Preorders are highly encouraged. Please note that the volunteer form will be live at 9:00 a.m. September 30.
Scholastic Book Fair Volunteers Needed
The annual Scholastic Book Fair is coming to Willow Grove from October 16 to October 20.
We need parent volunteers to help students write out “Wish Lists," purchase books, restock shelves, host a teacher preview session, help load up Bernies Book Donations and just have fun! Please note that the volunteer form will be live at 9:00 a.m. September 30.

The Willow Grove Yearbook is a wonderful keepsake for years to come. If you are interested in ordering a copy of the Willow Grove 2023-24 yearbook, please visit log into your MTK account ~ https://wgkcpto.membershiptoolkit.com/login ~ and complete the “Yearbook 2023-2024” form.
Dessert Day Sign-Up & Volunteers
I scream, you scream, we all scream for ice cream! Willow Grove Dessert Days are starting next month! Dessert day will be during lunch on the third Friday of each month. The cost is $18 for the year: Please select one flavor of ice cream while signing up. 
Choices are:
- Chocolate Sundae Cup
- Vanilla Ice Cream Sandwich
- Polar Blast Fruit Punch (dairy-free, gluten-free)
Your child’s ice cream choice will remain the same all year unless you email [email protected] or [email protected] to change it.
Additionally, parents can volunteer to be a Dessert Day Volunteer. This is a great way to see your kid(s) during the school day and help hand out a special treat! Volunteers are needed each month; you can sign up to be a volunteer and/or sign up your child for dessert via the sign-up forms on MTK: ~ https://wgkcpto.membershiptoolkit.com/login.
