Save the Date: Ice Cream Social on October 19
Save the date for our upcoming ice cream social on October 19 from 6:00 pm to 7:30 p.m. The ice cream Social is one of our first social events of the calendar year for parents and students at Willow Grove. We provide ice cream, games, a chance to meet other parents…and just have fun!
Scholastic Book Fair Coming October 16-20
The annual Scholastic Book Fair is coming to Willow Grove from October 16 to 20. Stay tuned for more information.
Willow Walk Reminder
We have limited volunteer positions if you are interested. If you are interested in volunteering, CLICK HERE: https://www.signupgenius.com/go/10C0E4AABA82DAAF9C34-willow#/. Sign-up closes on Friday, September 15, and spots are first-come, first-serve, based on the date/time of completing our volunteer form. Please read and consider all information on the sign-up survey prior to completing it. Volunteers need to be adults-only, no siblings or guests may be with volunteers. Mr. Sutten will confirm with all who offer to volunteer the week of September 18th.

The Willow Grove Yearbook is a wonderful keepsake for years to come. If you are interested in ordering a copy of the Willow Grove 2023-24. yearbook, please visit log into your MTK account and complete the “Yearbook 2023-24” form (https://wgkcpto.membershiptoolkit.com/login).
Dessert Day Sign-Up and Volunteers
I scream, you scream, we all scream for ice cream! Willow Grove Dessert Days are starting next month! Dessert day will be during lunch on the 3rd Friday of each month (the first one will be September 22nd). The cost is $18 for the year, please select one flavor of ice cream while signing up.
Choices are:
Chocolate Sundae Cup
Vanilla Ice Cream Sandwich
Polar Blast Fruit Punch (dairy-free, gluten-free)
Your child’s ice cream choice will remain the same all year unless you email [email protected] or [email protected] to change it.
Additionally, parents can volunteer to be a Dessert Day Volunteer. This is a great way to see your kid(s) during the school day and help hand out a special treat! Volunteers are needed each month; you can sign up to be a volunteer and/or sign your child up for dessert via the sign up forms on MTK ~ https://wgkcpto.membershiptoolkit.com/login.
