Although they were only in the classroom for a week, we were able to show our Willow Grove Teachers and Staff how much we appreciate all their hard work! Thank you to everyone who donated to our Fri-YAY Boxed Lunches. Everyone had a choice of salad or sandwich with sides and, of course, an apple for the teacher!
Halloween Craft
When you come for Picture Day/Supply Pick-Up on Mon., Oct. 26, you will receive a Halloween Craft! We are always looking for pictures for the yearbook, so please send your Mismatch Monster Mash Day pictures with your Halloween craft photo to [email protected]
Portillo's Dinner Night
Skip cooking on Wed., Nov. 4, 2020, and drive through Portillo's in Vernon Hills, 5–8 PM. Make sure to mention Willow Grove PTO (present this FLYER or show it on your phone) and 20 percent of the proceeds will be donated to us! These funds help support the school Wish List, including classroom and birthday books, staff appreciation meals, and class parties or holiday activities!
Willow Grove Masked Reader and Book Fair
Join us starting Nov. 9 for the first Willow Grove PTO Masked Reader event! Every couple of days we will have a new reader to discover! During the day we will post a series of clues to our Facebook page to help our students to guess the evening's reader. Can your family guess the reader? Be sure to follow the Willow Grove PTO on Facebook to join this 2-week-long event!
At the same time, we will be hosting our annual Book Fair! Order a minimum of $25 and receive free shipping directly to your house in time for the holidays. Books make great gifts!
