INFORMATION REGARDING CANCELED PTO EVENTS AND PROGRAMS
Refunds for canceled PTO events and programs due to the government-mandated school closures will be available to all Willow Grove parents upon request beginning May 15. These events include remaining Dessert Days that were not fulfilled (up to $6) and Pizza Bingo Silent Auction prizes that are unable to be filled due to the school and statewide closures.
There are two options for refund requests:
- Request a manual check for your refund
- Donate your refund to a special PTO fund to provide a year-end book and community activity gift for each student in co-sponsorship with Willow Grove.

While our lives right now are definitely not the norm, we are looking ahead to a fresh start in
2020–2021. A brand new group of kindergartners are entering school for the VERY FIRST TIME and we want it to be extra special! Please consider signing up to volunteer for open Willow Grove PTO Executive Board positions for next year!

- Vice President – Fundraising
- Membership Toolkit Coordinator
There will also be Committee Chair Opportunities!
These opportunities involve planning and implementing events and will require some time commitment prior to the actual event. Without your support, these events cannot happen. We'd love to have you!

ORDER YOUR 2020–21 SCHOOL SUPPLY KITS TODAY!
Sales open today for 2020–21 School Supply Kits! Kits will be delivered directly to your 
home at least one week prior to the start of school. Shipping is included in the price of the kit. These kits are for Early Childhood ($25) and incoming Kindergartners ($79) and include everything your child needs to start the 2020–21 school year at Willow Grove. The last day to order is July 10, 2020.
