Cards for a Cause Lunch:
Ms. Wittenberg's Raccoon Class is the winner of our Cards for a Cause Contest. They sold the most boxes of cards and got to enjoy a special lunch with Willow Grove Principal Mrs. Smith! Way to go Raccoons! We are proud of you!
Hot Cocoa Bar Jan. 14:
Brrr... it's chilly out there! With Winter Break coming up, it will take a while afterward for the kids to get back into the groove. Our teachers play a huge role in helping them do just that. Let's show our appreciation by warming up Willow Grove staff with a Hot Cocoa Bar!
The Cocoa Bar will be open to staff on the morning of Mon., Jan. 14.
The PTO put together a list of items needed to make a fun Cocoa Bar. If you're interested in bringing in any of these items, please CLICK HERE.
As is the case for any of our events, any items that can stay fresh over a number of days may be dropped off at the Willow Grove School Office before the day of the event.
Dessert Day:
Thank you to the volunteers who came out for Dessert Day and made lunchtime so enjoyable for the kids!
Spirit Week:
Willow Grove will be having a Spirit Week next week. We will post reminders on our Willow Grove PTO FACEBOOK page over the weekend and throughout the week. Please see Willow Grove Principal Mrs. Smith's Principal's Message for all the details. A brief recap of the days follows:
Mon., Dec. 17: Crazy Hair Day
Tues., Dec. 18: Wear your designated class color* or represent your animal emoji
*The school will designate class colors
Wed., Dec. 19: Wear Spirit Wear, or wear purple or gray clothing
Thurs., Dec. 20: Wear pajamas on PJ Day
Fri., Dec. 21: Winter Party Day
