Thank you to all room parents, volunteers, teachers/staff, and PTO Board members who helped with the Halloween Party and made it a success. Without you, this could not have been possible. The kids loved celebrating and really enjoyed the party.

 

 

Family Educator Conference PTO Staff Dinner

The PTO will be providing dinner for teachers on Nov. 19. The theme for the Fall Conference PTO Staff Dinner is "Thankful for Our Teachers." If you wish to volunteer for this event, please send email to [email protected]

Box Tops

Still have more Box Tops? Don't worry–we're collecting again in the spring. Stay tuned for updates closer to the next collection date. If you wish, you can send in Box Tops you've collected to the Willow Grove Office at any time. Please make sure you include your child's teacher's name with the Box Tops you send.

Book Fair Update

We want to inform you that on Monday of the Book Fair, there was an issue with cash registers charging sales tax. The purchases made at school are tax exempt, however. We were able to correct this quickly, but a small number of purchases made that day were impacted. If you were at Monday's Book Fair Preview Day and made a purchase, have your receipt, and would like sales tax paid to be refunded, please contact the PTO at [email protected]

By Nov. 9, we'd like to receive information from anyone requesting a sales tax refund. If you do not notify us by then, we'll treat the sales tax collected as a donation.

We do our best to prevent errors such as this and do apologize for this inconvenience. As always, we thank you sincerely for your generous support.
