New Assistant Principal Named at Ivy Hall

A Kildeer Countryside School District Technology Innovation Coach has been tapped to be the next Assistant Principal at Ivy Hall Elementary School.                       Ivy Hall Assistant Principal Mrs. Samantha Heinrich      

Samantha Heinrich was approved by the Board of Education at its meeting on Tuesday night.  She begins the position in August.                        

Mrs. Heinrich's strengths are in curriculum development and implementation, instructional coaching and data analysis and fostering communication with and among district stakeholders.  She’s passionate about student learning and making meaningful instructional decisions.

A District 96 alum, she began her educational career in KCSD, starting as a third-grade teacher at Country Meadows in August 2011.  She moved on to serve as a districtwide math coach from August 2013 to June 2019, before being named a Technology Innovation Coach, starting in August 2019.

She earned a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Florida State University; a Master of Arts in ELL and Reading from Northern Illinois University; and a Master of Arts in Principal Preparation from Concordia University-Chicago.

She joins Mike Senatore, the new incoming Principal at Ivy Hall Elementary School.
