Dear District 96 Families,
As we anticipate the 2020–21 school year, the District 96 Reopening Task Force that I discussed in my June 2 message continues to consider and plan rigorously for multiple potential reopening scenarios.
To help inform that work, I’m asking parents in the District 96 Community to please complete and submit this brief PARENT SURVEY at your earliest convenience, and no later than Wed., June 24, at 4 p.m.
Please complete and submit one survey per household.
The data reflecting your current needs and thinking will be useful for our planning.
