THE WEEK AHEAD:
Classes and all before- and after-school activities are canceled in School District 96 beginning Mon., Mar. 16. The tentative date to resume classes is Mon., Apr. 6.

Mon., Mar. 16:
Return to schools to pick up essential materials (e.g., graphing calculators) to complete academic tasks, 1–3 p.m. ONLY. 

Tues., Mar. 17:
Board of Education mtg., Ivy Hall Boardroom, 1072 Ivy Hall Ln., Buffalo Grove, 7 p.m.  AGENDA

STILL DELAYED: REGISTRATION EMAILS FOR ALL RETURNING AND PREREGISTERED STUDENTS
No, you haven’t missed your student’s 2020-21 registration email.

Registration emails for the 2020-21 school year continue to be delayed due to a technical issue with the vendor. The emails will be sent when the issue is resolved.

Each registration email (one per KCSD96 student) will include a link and a unique “snapcode” needed for access to register your returning student for 2020–2021. 

Information you provided previously will appear in your student’s online registration record. Please plan to check that info carefully and update it if it is not accurate. 

COMMUNITY NEWS
Indian Trails Public Library and Vernon Area Public Library and Ela Public Library programs are canceled and the libraries are closed to public entry (except Mar. 17 as a polling place, as applicable) through Mar. 29.

Please check with the sponsoring organization to be sure any event posted has not been canceled.
