PARENTS OF CURRENT 5th GRADERS: TRANSITION TO MIDDLE SCHOOL
The Transition to Middle School is a program for parents of current 5th graders district wide, presented Mon., Apr. 15, at 7 p.m. at Twin Groves Middle School, 2600 N. Buffalo Grove Rd. 

Middle School Principals Jessica Barnes and Greg Grana will discuss academics, extracurricular opportunities, and changes that middle school years bring. SUMMER SCHOOL 2019 
It’s time to sign up for Summer School 2019.
KCSD96 Summer School Opportunities in 2019 include:
ACADEMIC SUMMER SCHOOL (June 10–28) for returning students
JUMP-START KINDERGARTEN (July 29 – Aug. 9) for incoming kindergartners
To register, download the registration packet, print and complete the registration form, and return the completed form with a check made payable to Kildeer Countryside CCSD96.

MAKE DOCTORS’ APPOINTMENTS NOW 
All students entering Grade 6 have health form requirements that must be met before they will receive their schedules and their locker assignments. The CERTIFICATE OF CHILD HEALTH EXAMINATION/IMMUNIZATION FORM  (signed by the physician) is due to Twin Groves or Woodlawn Middle School no later than Fri., Aug. 2. Other required health forms include DENTAL (due by May 15, 2020) and–for students who will participate in extra-curricular athletics–the INTERSCHOLASTIC SPORTS PHYSICAL FORM.


REGISTRATION EMAILS WERE SENT AGAIN FRI., Apr. 5 
Please check your e-mailbox for registration email(s) for the 2019-20 school year, sent again TODAY–Apr. 5.

Each registration email includes a link and a unique “snapcode” needed for access to register your returning student for 2019 - 2020. 

EVERY student returning to District 96 for the 2019–2020 school year must be registered. 

Information you provided previously will appear in your student’s online registration record. Please check that info carefully and update it if it is not accurate. 

Completing and submitting online registration and making payment no later than Apr. 15, 2019, will save families $20 in registration cost per student. Fees increase after Apr. 15, 2019. Registration questions? Call 847.459.4260, ext. 8022, or send email to the public info coordinator.
