Frequently Asked Questions

• Why didn’t I get an email?
If you have a student in kindergarten or grade 5 now and you did not go to the school office to prove that student’s residency since Winter Break, you were not sent a registration email. You must visit the school to prove residency before you can register your 2018–19 first grader or 6th grader.

• How can I get another registration email sent?
Contact the administrative assistant at the school your child currently attends or call 847.459.4260, ext. 8022. SCHOOL PHONE NUMBERS

• I registered at the school office, so why did you send me another registration email?
Some parents are confusing bringing documents to the school office to prove residency with registering. Registration requires you (1) to go online via the link provided in the email sent to you; (2) to complete and check your student’s info; (3) to select your method of payment; and (4) to click SUBMIT. When your student is registered, you’ll receive an emailed confirmation reply. All students–new and returning–must be registered each school year.
