On Mar. 1, the District sent registration emails to parents of all 2018–19 preregistered and returning students.

Can’t find that email? Please contact [email protected] or call 847.459.4260, ext. 8022.

ALL preregistered and returning students must be registered for their next school year in District 96.

Be sure to complete online registration by Sun., Apr. 15, to save. Fees increase by $20 per student after Apr. 15, 2018.


PARENT PROGRAMS WELL WORTH YOUR TIME…
Making time for a weeknight out for a parent isn't easy. These programs are worth the effort:

 

Dr. Michael Maniacci is a licensed clinical psychologist with practices in Naperville and Chicago. His presentations on many varied topics have helped hundreds of District 96 parents improve their understanding and parenting skills. Don’t miss these opportunities to learn. Aha moments guaranteed….

 

Wed., Apr. 4: On Bullying – a program for parents featuring Dr. Michael Maniacci, who will define and discuss bullying. Parents will better understand bullying behaviors and equip their kids to recognize and deal with difficult people. Q&A opportunity included. At Twin Groves Middle School Learning Center, 2600 N. Buffalo Grove Rd., BG, 7–8:15 p.m.


Thurs., Apr. 5: Raising Ethical Kids in a Competitive World a program for parents featuring Dr. Michael Maniacci. How do parents teach their children to be ethical? How does a world of competitive pressures affect what children understand about ethics? Q&A opportunity included. At Twin Groves Middle School Learning Center, 7–8:30 p.m.

 

Mon., Apr. 16: The Transition to Middle School – a districtwide program for parents of current 5th graders.  Woodlawn Principal Greg Grana and Twin Groves Principal Jessica Barnes and a panel of current 6th-grade students will give you info you’ll want to know. This popular program is a great way to learn and get questions answered. At Woodlawn Middle School, 6362 Gilmer Rd., LG, 7 p.m.
