End of the Year Party
Get Ready to Celebrate!
Country Meadows FREE End-of-Year All School Party – May 15th!
The PTO invites you and your family to kick off summer with a bang at our End-of-Year Party! Join us from 5:30–7:30 PM for an evening packed with fun, laughter, and unforgettable memories.
Here’s what’s included for free:
- Dance the night away with a live DJ
- Strike a pose at the Photo Booth
- Chase giant bubbles with our Bubble Master
- Enjoy face painting, balloon artists, and other games
- Treat your taste buds with cotton candy, popcorn, lemonade, and water!
Here’s what’s not included for free:
Purchase dinner or a sweet treat from El Zorro Food Truck and Depidy Dog Ice Cream Truck!
Important: This is a family event — kids must be accompanied by an adult (no drop-offs, please!)
We need your help!
These magical moments can’t happen without a little help from our amazing parents.
Volunteer for a quick 1-hour slot — before, during, or after the party — and help us send the kids off to summer with a celebration they’ll never forget!

Field Day
Field Day is May 9th during the school day!!
ALL kids will be provided a FREE lunch from the PTO. This lunch will include Papa John’s pizza, baked lays chips, polar blast dairy free ice cream bar and water. Please note: If you prefer, you may still send a lunch with your child and the cafeteria will still be open.

End of the Year Gift Giving w/GiftCrowd
The PTO is working with GiftCrowd again to make end of the year gift giving to our amazing staff easy and convenient for you! This includes grade level teachers, specials teachers, office staff, interventionists, paras, custodians and more.
If you would like to participate, please visit:
Select the recipient(s) to whom you wish to send a gift and click “join”. On the next page, you will be able to select the amount you wish to contribute and write a personal message. The amount contributed by each family is confidential and the recipients will be notified at 3pm on May 28 how much they were gifted in total with a list of the contributors/messages. With the money received, the teachers and staff will be able to choose from a wide variety of gift cards.
*Please note that this is just one option for families who wish to contribute to a group gift, individual gifts are still welcome. As always, gifting is voluntary, not expected, and at the discretion of each family.

Staff Appreciation
Staff Appreciation week is coming May 5-9 and the PTO is working hard to provide meals and fun for the staff to show how much they mean to us! Thanks to all the volunteers that are helping with this committee.
