Fall Festival: Trunk or Treat

When:  Thursday, October 26, 5:30 - 7:30 p.m.

Where:  Country Meadows Blacktop/Playground 

The time is almost here! The kids are getting excited for our second Fall Festival Trunk-or-Treat!

Wristbands

Wristbands are now on sale on MTK for $8 (these will increase to $12 at the door). Preordered wristbands and tickets can be picked up in the Will Call line when you arrive at the event. Wristbands are only needed for kids; adults get in free. 

What’s included with the wristband? Trunk-or-Treating (bring a bag for candy), Face Paint and Balloon Animal Tickets, DJ Dance Party, Costume Contest and more.

Food and Raffle Tickets

Food and raffle tickets are also available for purchase on MTK. Burger and hot dog meals will be grilled on-site by Wiener Take All. There are so many amazing raffle prizes available so be sure to take advantage of your chances to win.  All pre-purchase raffle tickets will be printed with your contact info.

Preordering online ends at 9 a.m. Wednesday October 25, 2023.

If you missed the deadline for wristband purchases, don’t fret; wristbands and all other items can be purchased at the event (cash or credit card). 

Silent Auction

Bidding Owl goes live Monday, October 23, 2023. Country Meadows Trunk or Treat

There are some amazing silent auction prizes, such as tickets to Bears, Royal Melbourne Golf and Chicago Sky games and events. and much more.   

The auction will run through Bidding Owl again this year. You will need to create a new account to bid. Make checkout a breeze and set up your account before the Fall Festival for quick and easy bidding.

Please note you do not have to be present at the event to win a Silent Auction prize.

Dessert Day and Special Lunch

November Special Lunch is now available for purchase at https://countrymeadowspto.membershiptoolkit.com. You can still also purchase Dessert Day on MTK.        Special Lunch for October and November 2023

Please note: There will be NO special lunch in December.  January to June Special Lunch will be available for purchase soon, so stay tuned!

Ordering for October Special Lunch is closed. November Special Lunch will close on November 1, 2023.

The 2023-24 yearbooks are being sold through MTK; they were NOT for sale during registration, as they Country Meadows Yearbook ordering have been in previous years.
