General Meeting
Join us for our fall meeting at 9 a.m. Friday, September 15, to hear about all the events the PTO sponsors and provides for students.
This is also a great way to find out how you can become involved or contribute. This meeting is highly recommended for all party planners and helpers, as well as committee chairs. Lots of information will be shared.

You can purchase dessert day and special lunch for your child on MTK. September Special Lunch is closed for ordering, information on October Special Lunch coming soon.
Fall Festival/Trunk-or-Treat Planning Underway
Fall festival planning has begun for the Fall Festival Trunk-or-Treat, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Thursday, October 26.
The committee is looking for donations to be added to the silent auction. 
If you would like to make any donations, please email the PTO at [email protected]. Some examples may include nights' stay at a summer home, airline miles, hotel points, sporting events, and sports memorabilia.

Yearbooks Now on Sale
The 2023-24 yearbooks are being sold through MTK; they were NOT for sale during registration, as they were in previous years. You may now purchase your yearbook(s) on MTK: https://countrymeadowspto.membershiptoolkit.com/.
Yearbook Cover Contest Ends September 22
It’s that time of year again ~ time for the yearbook cover contest. We are looking for submissions that illustrate our theme for this year: "We’re Better Together ~ The Circles All Around Us." Entries must be vertical and include “Country Meadows Elementary School 23-24." 
Yearbook cover submissions need to be delivered to the teacher or front office or scanned and emailed to [email protected]. All submissions will be included in the yearbook. The PTO is not responsible for lost contest entries. Hard copies will not be returned.
Please put the student name and GRADE on the BACK of the drawings. Emailed entries need to include the name and grade, as well.
PTO Seeking Volunteers
Volunteer for 2023-24 school year events and activities. The PTO hosts so many fun events throughout the year! These events aren’t possible without our amazing volunteers! The committee sign-ups for the 2023-24 school year are now open.
