Reminder: Update your teacher on Membership Toolkit (MTK).
Now that you have your child’s teacher assignment, be sure you update your information on Membership Toolkit so you can sign up for committees or become a room parent, party helper, and dessert day/special lunch volunteer. You will also be able to purchase dessert day and special lunch for your student.

Dessert Day and Special Lunch
You can purchase dessert day and special lunch for your child on MTK starting August 12. Only September Special Lunch from Papa John’s Pizza will be on sale at this time as we evaluate our vendors to assure they meet the required nutritional guidelines. More info for the remaining Special Lunches will follow.

Yearbook for 2023-24
The 2023-2024 yearbooks are being sold through MTK; they were NOT for sale during registration like in previous years. You may purchase your yearbook(s) on MTK, starting August 12.

Yearbook Cover Contest
It’s that time of year again, time for the yearbook cover contest. We are looking for submissions that illustrate our theme for this year ~ "We’re Better Together, The Circles All Around Us."
Entries MUST be vertical and include “Country Meadows Elementary School 23-24."
Yearbook cover submissions need to be delivered to the teacher, front office, or scanned and emailed to [email protected]. All submissions will be included in the yearbook. The PTO is not responsible for lost contest entries. Hard copies will not be returned. Please put the student name and GRADE on the BACK of the drawings. Emailed entries need to include the name and grade as well.
Volunteer This Year
Volunteer for 2023-24 school year events and activities. The PTO hosts so many fun events throughout the year! These events aren’t possible without our amazing volunteers! The committee sign-ups for the 2023-2024 school year are now OPEN!
