Winter Class Parties on December 22
It’s almost time for the Classroom Winter Holiday Parties on Thursday, December 22!
Be a Winter Party Volunteer, signing up for a fun, one-hour volunteering opportunity. If you already signed up to plan or help with the party, you should have received an email from the PTO Vice Presidents. If you have questions, don’t hesitate to reach out to Christina or Julia at [email protected].
Please keep in mind the party is approximately 45 minutes long. Please allow time to check in, set up, and clean-up prior to school dismissal.
Please note that the district no longer allows any food, candy, or snacks of any kind at the parties.

Gift Giving for Country Meadows Staff
The PTO is working with GiftCrowd this holiday season to make holiday gift-giving to our amazing staff easy and convenient for you! This includes grade level teachers, specials teachers, office staff, interventionists, aides, custodians and more.
If you would like to participate, visit: https://app.giftcrowd.com/join-event/MacqMerBxB. 
Select the recipient(s) to whom you wish to send a gift and click “join.” On the next page, you will be able to select the amount you wish to contribute and write a personal message. The amount contributed by each family is confidential, and the recipients will be notified at 3 p.m December 21 how much they were gifted in total with a list of the contributors/messages. With the money received, the teachers and staff will be able to choose from a variety of gift cards.
*Please note that this is just one option for families who wish to contribute to a group gift; individual gifts are still welcome. As always, gifting is voluntary, not expected, and at the discretion of each family.

Announcing the 2023 Country Meadows Science Fair
Country Meadows Science Fair will be 5:30 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, January 25, 2023. The deadline for registering is Thursday, December 22, 2022. 
Thanks to the generous support of the PTO, the Science Fair Committee is thrilled to announce that we will be expanding our fair to include FIRST through FIFTH graders this year!
Please use the QR code to find more information, and to register your child. Registration is free, and includes a tri-fold poster board, certificate and other giveaways.
Dessert Days Announced for December
December's Dessert Days are December 14, 21 and 30.
Make sure to sign up your child for dessert day on Membership Tool Kit (MTK): Log in to MTK to order Dessert Day for the school year.
This is the biggest PTO fundraiser for the year to help fund such events as Science Fair, school assemblies and more. An easy and fun way to brighten your child’s every Wednesday!
