We so much appreciate that you’re taking the time to check the PTO blog! It’s the only way all our efforts can be made public. As a paper-free school, the blog is our only form of communication. We try to be respectful of your time, therefore we do not send out mass emails. If you’d like to get more frequent updates, make sure you stay connected via social media. SEPTEMBER 13 - 17:  SPIRIT WEAR SALE AND CONTEST!

The Spirit Wear sale is here! 

It’s been so long since we’ve all been together that we forgot how adorable the kids look in their CM Cubs gear! It’s not just the first graders who are at Country Meadows for the first time! We all need SOME SWAG!

Let’s raise our Courtesy Cub pride!!! Wear your blue and taupe in NEW fun designs: Tie-dye galore, school colors, adult and child sizes, fun new paw and Cubs styles!

Aaaand, to keep it fun, we have a CONTEST! The HIGHEST GROSSING CLASSROOM wins a FREE T-SHIRT for the TEACHER!!!

SEPTEMBER 17:  YEARBOOK COVER CONTEST DEADLINE

This year’s theme is “Life Begins When You Get Back Up.” The kids read the book "After the Fall" by Dan Santat (read aloud video here https://youtu.be/dUKt1a6I3yw), the story of how Humpty Dumpty got up again. Think about what that means to you, and get creative! Submissions are due to your teacher or the front office by Sept. 17! 

Don’t forget to include your name and grade. All drawings must be vertical. 

CM PTO Yearbook Cover Contest: Deadline, Sept. 17, 2021

 

SEPTEMBER 24: PTO GENERAL MEETING (9 A.M., OPEN TO THE PUBLIC)

We are hosting a public PTO General Meeting at 9 a.m. Sept. 24, 2021, where you can learn more about what we do. All current volunteers are encouraged to attend, and all committee leads should make every effort to be there. Plans for the coming year will be discussed, and we truly want to hear your opinions. This is the only annual PTO meeting that is open to ALL, so please take advantage and JOIN! 

 

OCTOBER 20: SAVE THE DATE ~ FALL FESTIVAL

It’s almost time for our first community event! Mark your calendars for one of the most fun times for families to spend together at school, after-hours! This will be an outdoor event (weather permitting, following Covid safety protocols). More details and exciting info to come! Stay tuned on social media!
