1/31 Movie Night for 1st- and 2nd-Grade Students
We are hosting a MOVIE NIGHT especially for 1st and 2nd graders, showing Sherlock Gnomes on Fri., Jan. 31, from 5:30–7:15 p.m. It's a drop-off event with pizza, popcorn, prizes, and friendship fun. $5/student. Please sign your child in and out at drop-off and pick-up. PERMISSION FORM deadline extended until Mon., 1/27! The form is also available in the VIRTUAL BACKPACK.

5th-Grade End-of-Year Festivities
The PTO sponsors and plans both the 5th-Grade END-OF-YEAR PARTY and the 5th-Grade Night Out. We are still in DESPERATE need of an End-of-Year Party planning committee. Unfortunately, if there is a shortage of volunteers, the EVENT WILL BE CANCELED and the students will not be able to celebrate. Please reach out to the PTO BY EMAIL if you'd like to step up!
2/7 RSVP DEADLINE! 5TH-GRADE NIGHT OUT
March 4, 5:30–7:30 p.m.
Luckily, the 5th-Grade Night Out committee has been hard at work! The Kildeer and Country Meadows PTOs are hosting a joint event for all 5th graders. At the event, the students will have a chance to get to know one another and have some fun! We are expecting an evening filled with fun team-building games and treats! 2/14 APPLICATION DEADLINE! COUNTRY MEADOWS SCIENCE FAIR
March 5, 5:30–7:30 p.m.
Show off your Mad Science knowledge at the Country Meadows Science Fair! The Science Fair is an opportunity for students to present scientific methods and research to other Country Meadows students and parents. Each student will have an area in which to set up his or her demonstration/experiment for others to view and will be provided a lab coat and poster board.
