REQUESTING / TRANSFERRING REFUND MEAL ACCOUNT BALANCE

Fruits and vegetablesDoes your Class of 2023 graduating 8th-grader have a positive meal account balance?

Positive meal account balances for graduating 8th graders of $5 or more will automatically be refunded at the conclusion of the school year. Parents wishing to transfer remaining balances to siblings still in D96 on the K12PaymentCenter.com should do so by Friday, June 2.  Refund checks will be mailed by District Business Office staff by July 15, 2023, to the home address on record.

To make the transfer online:

  • Log in to your K12 Payment Center account and select "Transfer funds" from the menu on the left side of the website home page.
  • In "Recurring Payments," disable any automatic balance replenishments set for your graduating 8th grader (Important, to avoid being charged again).
