We hope your Family-Educator Conferences all went well on Thursday and Friday and that you are ready to embrace the long weekend ahead of you.

We are also moving into Phase 3 of our Superintendent Search process and expect to hear soon the Leadership Profile that our community has contributed to building ~ based on information shared in Focus Groups and Superintendent Search Surveys.  Our consultants will present this Leadership Profile to the Board of Education at its Oct. 19 school board meeting. 

REMINDER:  The Superintendent Search Survey closes today ~ don’t forget to ‘make’ 10 minutes now to take the survey!

(There is also no school Monday, Oct. 11.)

Country Meadows Library Visit

Country Meadows Elementary School library was abuzz on Wednesday, as students visited during their specials class to check out new books and other resources.

 

Kildeer Kicks off Reading Buddies program

Kildeer Countryside Elementary School kicked off its Reading Buddy program on Wednesday, pairing students from differing classes, for another year of school community-building. Here, students from Mr. Pazol’s fourth-grade class are paired with first-graders from Mrs. Krohn’s class.
