School Resource Officer Essig and the Buffalo Grove Police Department have provided signs to download and print for display on your front door on Sat., Oct. 31.

PARENT LEARNING OPPORTUNITY NOV. 10
In these pandemic times, stress levels are rising for all ages. More than ever, tips for managing stress–as children and as adults–are useful.

On Tues., Nov. 10, at 7 PM, Dr. Victoriya Tsaran and Jennifer Goss will present a virtual program discussing stress management strategies. LEARN MORE about these highly qualified presenters. The program will include a Q&A moderated by Mental Health Counselor Elena Silberman Scott

DISTRICT 96 STUDENTS’ ART TALENT SHINES
Three KCSD96 elementary students– Sydney Collins, Alexa Mesi, and Arnav Sahoo– have won recognition from the Illinois Art Education Association for their work in 2020. TAKE A LOOK

BREAKFAST/LUNCH FOR STUDENTS IS AVAILABLE
KCSD96 families may pick up breakfast/lunch for their students. Drive-up pick-up is in front of the Exceptional Learners Collaborative (ELC) building, 990 Corporate Woods Pkwy, Vernon Hills from 11 a.m.–1 p.m. weekdays when District 96 students have school. Please pull up to the sign and remain in your vehicle. Children do not need to accompany parents to receive meals and pantry items. Meals may be delivered in extenuating circumstances. Questions?
