Learning is one of the greatest gifts humans have. Many people become discouraged when they don’t know something. This workshop with returning popular guest speaker Dr. Michael Maniacci for parents of children KDG–Grade 8 encourages optimism. The focus is on helping your child to love learning and to understand that learning is not the same as knowing.
Dr. Maniacci is a licensed clinical psychologist, instructor, and published author whose works have been translated into numerous languages. He also holds a master’s degree in counseling psychology and has completed a postdoctoral internship in family treatment.
All interested adults are welcome. Free–no preregistration required. Arrive late or leave early as your family schedule requires.

(Dismissal at 11:10 a.m.)
• Tues., June 4, 2019–For Willow Grove students (except Blended PM*) and Grades 1–7, the last day of school, a half day–assuming no more Emergency Days are needed
(Dismissal for Willow Grove full- and half-day KDG and SLC students and Grades 1–5 will be at 11:45 a.m. Dismissal for Grades 6 and 7 will be at 11:10 a.m. )
(* The last day of school for Blended PM students only is Mon. June 3, assuming no more Emergency Days are needed.)
