The Option to Waive Fees
Please note that our need to request that families complete and submit registration for the upcoming school year is important for planning and anticipating staffing needs.
We recognize that paying a registration fee may be an expense some families prefer not to incur prior to April 15. In that circumstance, please complete the registration form and, on the payment page, choose “Waive fees” and submit your student’s form.
The process to waive fees involves completing this online form after July 1, when income qualifying information for the upcoming school year will be available. Our school district will communicate that process to families through Principal Messages and E-NEWS communications in June, July, and August.
Families who submit registration forms before Apr. 15 and whose circumstances allow it in the months ahead may choose to pay by check after selecting to waive fees. They will not be charged an additional $20 fee per student.
Please note that choosing “Waive fees” and later opting to make payment allows only one payment choice: by check. (Once a registration form is submitted, the option to pay by credit card later does not exist.)
