Summer School

What is Tiered Intervention Support Summer School?

Academic Support Summer School is available for students who receive Tier 2, 3, or 4  interventions in Math or Reading during the school year. The class will focus on a review of curricular standards from the school year to ensure mastery prior to the next grade level. Students who attend summer school will have the opportunity to continue to practice literacy and math skills in small groups with an experienced educator.

How do I sign my student up for Tiered Intervention Support Summer School?

Invites are sent directly to families in late Spring for students who qualify for Academic Support Summer School. The number of students who are able to attend summer school is based on the number of staff we have available to teach in the summer. 

What is the cost for Academic Support Summer School?

There is no cost to families for students to attend Tiered Intervention Support Summer School.

Is transportation provided for students who attend Academic Support Summer School?

Yes, transportation is provided. Families have the option to decline using District 96 transportation.
