It also manages the maintenance and improvement of school buildings and grounds, ensuring that students and staff have access to clean, safe, and functional learning spaces. In addition, the department supervises transportation services, coordinating bus routes and vehicle maintenance to provide safe and efficient travel for students. Together, these functions help create the foundation for high-quality education across the district.
