KCSD96 Alumni Honored with Scholarships

Friends & Alumni of KCSD96 2019 Scholarships were awarded to the following Class of 2019 Stevenson High School seniors who are alumni of School District 96:

  • Brett Myers–Marc E. Spivak Scholarship (Twin Groves alumnus)
  • Miranda Liu– Marc E. Spivak Scholarship (Woodlawn alumna)
  • Meghan Oh–Dr. Thomas W. Many Scholarship (Twin Groves alumna)
  • Joshua Snider–Dr. Thomas W. Many Scholarship (Woodlawn alumnus)
  • Ethan Kallish–Lauren S. Gordon Scholarship (Woodlawn alumnus)

Two $1,000 service scholarships are given in recognition of former District 96 Board of Education and Foundation President Marc Spivak’s long-standing devotion and service to the children of our community.

Two $1,000 educational scholarships recognize former District 96 Superintendent Dr. Thomas Many’s commitment to helping every child learn to his or her maximum potential.

The $1,000 scholarship honoring former District 96 Board of Education Member Lauren S. Gordon’s memory is a lifelong learning scholarship recognizing her commitment to the mission and vision of School District 96 and the value that “Learning has no boundaries.”
