We hope you had an amazing summer! 

The Woodlawn PTO wanted to share some information with you to help make the back to school process as easy as possible:

PARENTS: ONLINE MEMBERSHIP TOOLKIT SYSTEM

The PTO has been successfully using an online database system called Membership Toolkit to better assist us in conducting business, organizing our volunteers and streamlining our communication to you. We welcome you to visit our PTO webpage to PRE-ORDER and PRE-PAY items for Dessert Day, Special Lunch, Locker Shelving, Gym Clothes, Spirit Wear and Leider’s Gift Certificates as well as pay PTO dues.

Payment is made through PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. (Sorry, no checks or cash are accepted during pre-order.)

PRE-ORDERING on Membership Toolkit will speed up your Locker Set Up Day process. Spend less time ordering and get right to your lockers!! 

IF YOU DON’T PRE-ORDER: Bring your Credit Cards (preferred) or checkbooks/cash to Locker Set Up on Wed., Aug. 16th from 4:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. The PTO will be using the same online database system during Locker Set Up Day! Computers will be set up in the gym, and volunteers will be present to assist!

School supply Kits:  If you purchased a School Supply Kit through the PTO, you can pick it up at Locker Set-Up.  You can confirm your purchase by logining on to Membership Toolkit.   If you didn't have an opportunity to purchase a kit last Spring, we have a few kits remaining!
