KCSD96 School Board Is Among 20 Recognized Statewide

The Kildeer Countryside School District 96 Board of Education is one of only 20 statewide to earn School Board Governance Recognition from the Illinois Association of School Boards (IASB).

This recognition acknowledges the diligence of District 96 Board President Marc Tepper, Vice President Renee Klass, Secretary Mike Burns, and Members Elizabeth Dietz, Jim Strezewski, Meg Woodman, and Cynthia Zarkowsky.

These volunteers’ dedication to District 96 students, faculty, and families extends far beyond simply attending meetings. Their continuing education to equip themselves to make decisions knowledgeably and work together effectively distinguishes them as a Board modeling excellence in supporting public education.

In addition, Mrs. Klass and Mr. Tepper continue to be designated as Master Board Members for their leadership, service, and participation in a variety of IASB activities and programs supporting their Board peers in public education.
