PARENT CONVERSATION SEPT. 19
Meet other D96 parents, ask each other questions, talk about concerns, laugh about our adventures along the parenting road. This is what happens at District 96 Parent Conversations, and you’re invited. Come when you can–leave when your schedule requires.
We’ll talk as a group about topics of interest, including our youths’ values (based on a Harvard study), and suggestions for parents regarding kids' tech use.
Join the conversation–on Tues., Sept. 19, from 9–10:15 a.m. in the Community Room on the second floor of Sunset Foods at the intersection of Rt. 83 and Aptakisic. (Near the Sunset service desk, take the steps to the second floor. Then walk through the open area and the door to the first room on your left.) Questions? DISTRICT CALENDARS ON THE WEB
The 2017–18 calendars are online. To see the specific calendar for your student’s school, follow these steps:
• In the SCHOOLS dropdown menu, select your student’s school.
• Scroll below the large changing photos to the white rectangle on the left, labeled VIEW SCHOOL CALENDAR and click.
• School calendars display the month’s dates in list format or in a single view for the month. To change your view or move to the next or the previous months, see the icon (3 horizontal lines) and the forward- and reverse-pointing arrows.
• To sync our calendars on your phone, click on the last icon on the right for instructions.
Please note that our calendars do change through the school year. We suggest subscribing to the calendar for each school at which you have a student attending.

NOTE: This point-in-time document may not reflect changes made since its creation. We advise that you refer to the online calendar specific to each of your students’ schools.
